Registration fees

Early bird registration fee until July 27th, 2023
Regular: 70 €
Student: 30€

Normal registration fee from July 28th, 2023
Regular: 100 €
Student: 60€

Refunds of registration fee will be possible upon written request by email to aferrer@eio.upv.es (with CC to office@enbis.org) before 7th of September 2023. There will be a 10€ cancellation fee for students and 30€ cancelation fee for non-students to be deducted from the registration fee paid. After this date, no refund will be possible.

After registration, you will receive an email containing the registration link for the host university. To complete the registration process, it is necessary to complete the registration at the host university.
