Finding Optimal Operating Regions for Critical Quality Attributes in QbD

Speakers: Laura Lancaster, JMP

Date: Thursday 21 November at 15:00 (Paris time)

Abstract:

Quality by Design (QbD) is a systematic approach for building quality into a product, beginning at the design phase.  In this webinar we will discuss the fundamental QbD problem of determining the Design Space, the optimal operating region that assures quality as defined by specifications associated with Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs) while still maintaining flexibility in production.  We will discuss a simulation approach to solving this difficult problem and demonstrate this approach using JMP’s Design Space Profiler.  The Design Space Profiler is part of the Prediction Profiler in JMP and provides an interactive way to find and explore the Design Space.
