Reception
The welcome reception will take place Monday evening in the historic town hall of Leuven. It was built between 1439 and 1469 and is regarded as one of the most beautiful gothic town halls in the world.
After being welcomed by the Mayor of Leuven, Mohamed Ridouani, we will enjoy some Belgian beers and other drinks.
Violin and Piano recital
On Tuesday afternoon Brandley Jones and Jose Nunez Ares will be delivering a recital in the Auditorium which formerly was a chapel.
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will take place Tuesday evening at De Hoorn, the place where once-small brewery Stella Artois was located.
We will be welcomed in the brewery hall and will walk between the copper brewing kettles with some drinks and a small bite.
After the small reception, we will be heading to the machinery hall underneath the kettles where dinner will be served.
Goodbye drink
On Wednesday afternoon right after the closing ceremony we offer free drinks and snacks as a last networking event of the conference. Weather permitting, we will be using the beautiful garden of conference venue.
